This simple, tasty recipe salmon recipe is simple and easy to make and uses our Wild Lime, Orange and Whisky Marmalade as the base for a tangy sauce
Prep time : 10 minutes
Cooking time : 10 minutes
Ingredients :-
1 Salmon Fillet
3 tbsps Wild Lime, Orange and Whisky Marmalade
Creme Fraiche
Salt and pepper to taste
Macadamia Oil
Seasoned Dukkah
Simply mix 3 tablespoons of Wattle Tree Creeks Wild Lime, Orange and Whisky Marmalade with 3 tablespoons of Creme Fraiche, salt & Pepper, chill in fridge while preparing salmon.

Rub a nice macadamia oil onto top of salmon steaks then press salmon onto a saucer of Dukkah, chill in fridge for 10 minutes to set.
Heat frypan to medium, gently place oiled salmon skin side down into pan cook for 5 to 10 minutes then transfer pan to pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for another 10 minutes.

Serve with a fresh garden salad and drizzle Whisky Marmalade sauce over salmon steaks. Enjoy !
